Coaching

I work as a Sex and Relationship Coach at Sensovi Institute, where I am also the Director of Education and Programs. My professional bio is included there, as well as a listing of Sensovi’s services.
If you are interested in Coaching with me, contact me via Sensovi Institute or call 1.704.377.2022.
What is Coaching?
Coaching is a more convenient and affordable alternative to counseling or sex therapy, and it is best suited for someone who wishes to enhance their sex life or who wants to focus on one particular issue or concern. Coaching is education-based and assesses where you are now, where you want to be, and how to get there. Whereas counseling or therapy asks “Why,” Coaching asks “How.”
What kinds of things would we talk about?
It’s up to you, but here’s a sampling of what clients may want to discuss:
- education about anatomy, physiology, and sexual health
- communication issues with a partner
- low or no desire, or desire discrepancies between partners
- fear or avoidance of sex
- orgasm difficulties
- women suffering with painful intercourse
- concerns related to an STI diagnosis
- how to talk to your kids about sexuality
- general support and encouragement related to sexual issues
- referrals and resources
How does it work?
Contact Sensovi (1.704.377.2022) and schedule a 25-minute or 50-minute session. We can meet in our office in Charlotte, NC, or we can do the session on the phone or via Skype.
Coaching can be a one-time event, or can be scheduled on an on-going basis.
